This Privacy Policy explains how Vector Leads ("Vector Leads", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit this website or submit a partner inquiry.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete the partner inquiry, we collect your company name, your name, phone number, email address, and your answers about your business, service area and lead volume.
Booking information. If you book a call through the embedded Calendly scheduler, Calendly collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
Automatically collected information. Pages visited, referring URLs, campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and click identifiers), device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

2. How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, check availability in your service area, and schedule and hold the call you booked.
To send you information about our services. You can opt out at any time.
To measure advertising performance and improve this site.
To detect spam, abuse and automated submissions.

3. Advertising and analytics

This site may use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to measure advertising and to build audiences. These tools set cookies and may collect information about your visit. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings and through the ad preferences of the platforms involved.

4. Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run this site and our business, such as scheduling, CRM, email, SMS and analytics providers. They may only use it to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Text messages and calls

By submitting your phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

6. Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain business records, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing brian@vector-leads.com. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and the right to opt out of certain sharing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

9. Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
